Pale colour with slightly yellowish tints. Fine, complex nose combining aromas of white-fleshed fruit with toasty notes. Fine bubbles, a supple wine for a brut with a long finish. An ideal accompaniment to aperitifs and first courses, as well as tangy desserts.
100% Pinot Noir. Organic conversion.
Surface sandy soil over a layer of flint on clay, limestone parent rock.
Direct pressing. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Aged on fine lees for five months before bottling in the middle of the year following the harvest.
