Sandy-loam with flinty clay and grass between the rows.
Maceration for 15 to 20 days, depending on the year, extraction by punching down and racking at the start of alcoholic fermentation, followed by pumping over. Temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Malolactic fermentation in vats for 3 weeks. Bottled at the beginning of March following the harvest.
